We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Aslan and Asad at the front desk, were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was convenient, with plenty of local cuisine restaurants, malls, and attractions nearby, including the seafront and museum.

Had great accessibility to both the old city and the funicular. Was a little farther away from other areas but still easy to get to by taxi. the staff were very accommodating and provided early check-in and a complimentary breakfast. the room itself was spacious and clean, and the bedding and towels smelled freshly laundered.

The air conditioning was not working well and we were constantly hot and uncomfortable during the night. There was also a strange smell in the bathroom that would not go away.

This hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the city as it is near the city center and close to many local cuisine restaurants, malls, and museums. the rooms are very new with comfortable furniture and the cleanliness is well maintained. the staff is very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service to guests.

There was a bit of an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom sink that was a bit of a turn off.
